I recently had the pleasure of staying at Bastian Homestay, and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations, a rarity in my extensive travel experiences. The location was ideal for exploring Fort Kochi, with several delightful dining options such as Spice Root Restaurant and Baby Chettan's Chaya Kada just a short walk away. The rooms were immaculately clean and spacious, enhanced by the much-appreciated air conditioning that provided a cool retreat from the warm Indian sun. I was particularly impressed by the serene sitting area and the charming garden furniture that created a peaceful oasis for relaxation. Most importantly, the hosts, Bastian and Gini, were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making my first days in India truly memorable; I look forward to returning to this wonderful homestay!
